Airtoyz Ultralight Aviatorz Club

• Founders/managing-members: Drew Vroman, Micki Vroman will develop the club by-laws, terms, and conditions.
• 1 managing-member position available. Terms to be negotiated.
• Managing-members will fund, establish, and maintain a premium club facility to include: 'Airtoyz Ultralight Flightpark', with a groomed and marked 2640' x 1320' airfield, prep tables, shade structures, seating, group storage facilities, and nearby restrooms.
• Non-equity club membership program to include all of the 'Airtoyz Ultralight Aviatorz Club' facilities, equipment, activities, and events.
• Club members will develop and maintain a community outreach program to increase membership, organize events and competitions, and fund-raise as desired for non-field related activities.

Airtoyz RC Aviatorz Club, LLC (manager-managed, non-equity open membership*) -

• Founders/managing-members: Drew Vroman, Micki Vroman will develop the club by-laws, terms, and conditions based on AMA guidelines.
• 1 managing-member position available. Terms to be negotiated.
• Managing-members will establish 'Airtoyz RC Aviatorz Club, LLC' as an AMA sanctioned club.
• Managing-members will fund, establish, and maintain a premium club facility to include: 'Airtoyz RC Flightpark', with a 1200' groomed runway, control stations, static-line areas, helo drone and drone pad, glider tow launch, safety fencing, shade structures, seating, group storage facility, prep benches, and nearby restrooms.
• Non-equity club membership program to include all of the 'Airtoyz RC Raceway' facilities, equipment, activities, training, and events.
• Club members will develop and maintain a community outreach program to increase membership, organize events and competitions, and fund-raise as desired for non-field related activities.

Airtoyz RC Racerz Club, LLC (manager-managed, non-equity open membership*) -

• Founders/managing-members: Drew Vroman, Micki Vroman will develop the club by-laws, terms, and conditions based on ROAR guidelines.
• 1 managing-member position available. Terms to be negotiated.
• Managing-members will establish 'Airtoyz RC Racerz Club, LLC' as a ROAR sanctioned club.
• Managing-members will fund, establish, and maintain a premium club facility to include: 'Airtoyz RC Raceway', with groomed tracks, elevated control stations, safety fencing, shade structures, seating, group storage facility, prep benches, and nearby restrooms.
• Non-equity club membership program to include all of the 'Airtoyz RC Raceway' facilities, equipment, activities, training, and events.
• Club members will develop and maintain a community outreach program to increase membership, organize events and competitions, and fund-raise as desired for non-field related activities.

Airtoyz Model Rocketz Club, LLC (manager-managed, non-equity open membership*) -

• Founders/managing-members: Drew Vroman, Micki Vroman will develop the club by-laws, terms, and conditions based on NAR guidelines.
• 1 managing-member position available. Terms to be negotiated.
• Managing-members will establish 'Airtoyz Model Rocketz Club' as a NAR sanctioned club.
• Managing-members will fund, establish, and maintain a premium club facility to include: 'Airtoyz Model Rocket Pad', with safety fencing, shade structures, seating, group storage facility, prep benches, and nearby restrooms.
• Non-equity club membership program to include all of the 'Airtoyz Model Rocket Pad' facilities, equipment, activities, training, and events.
• Club members will develop and maintain a community outreach program to increase membership, organize events and competitions, and fund-raise as desired for non-field related activities.

Airtoyz Land Sailerz Club, LLC (manager-managed, non-equity open membership*) -

• Founders/managing-members: Drew Vroman, Micki Vroman will develop the club by-laws, terms, and conditions based on NABSA guidelines.
• 1 managing-member position available. Terms to be negotiated.
• Managing-members will establish 'Airtoyz Land Sailerz Club' as a NABSA sanctioned club.
• Managing-members will fund, establish, and maintain a premium club facility to include: 'Airtoyz Land Sailer Track', a groomed and marked track, shade structures, seating, group storage facility, work benches, and nearby restrooms.
• Non-equity club membership program to include all of the 'Airtoyz Land Sailer track' facilities, equipment, activities, training, and events.
• Club members will develop and maintain a community outreach program to increase membership, organize events and competitions, and fund-raise as desired for non-field related activities.

Airtoyz Kite Buggyz & Landboardz Club, LLC (manager-managed, non-equity open membership*) -

• Founders/managing-members: Drew Vroman, Micki Vroman will develop the club by-laws, terms, and conditions.
• 1 managing-member position available. Terms to be negotiated.
• Managing-members will establish 'Airtoyz Kite Buggyz Club'.
• Managing-members will fund, establish, and maintain a premium club facility to include: shade structures, seating, group storage facility, work benches, and nearby restrooms.
• Non-equity club membership program to include all of the 'Airtoyz Kite Buggyz Club' facilities, equipment, activities, training, and events.
• Club members will develop and maintain a community outreach program to increase membership, organize events and competitions, and fund-raise as desired for non-field related activities.

Airtoyz Adventure Ranch Club Membership Dues...

• A signed waiver is required for all individuals entering Airtoyz Adventure Ranch. (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
  
  
• Non-Member Day Use Pass - $5: 1 day access to Airtoyz Adventure Ranch facilities, activities, and events.
  
  
• Overnight Pass - $10: 2 days, 1 night access to Airtoyz Adventure Ranch facilities, activities, and events.
  
  
• Trial Membership - $50: 1 week (7 days/6 nights) trial membership in any one (1) Airtoyz Adventure Ranch club*, related facilities, activities, and events, shared storage space, and overnight parking. Includes 10% discount on services, training, and rental equipment.

• Basic Club Membership - $100 initiation fee + $150 per year: Includes: 1 year membership in any one (1) Airtoyz Adventure Ranch club* with full access to all club related facilities, activities, and events; 10% discount on services; 10% discount on training; 10% discount on rental equipment; 5% discount on equipment purchases. Long-term storage available with additional fees.
  
  Additional Airtoyz Adventure Ranch clubs* may be joined with the purchase of Basic Memberships (no additional initiation fees required).

• Ultralight Associate Instructor Fee - $350: 1 week (7days/6 nights) use of 'Airtoyz Ultralight Flightpark' and related facilities, activities, and events, access to shared storage space, and overnight parking. Each student must purchase a Trial Membership.
  
  
• Day Vendor Fee - $75: 1 day vendor privileges (must have prior approval).
  
  
• 5 Day Vendor Fee - $300: 5 days, 3 nights vendor privileges (must have prior approval).
